Our domestic cuts of Doña Lily 100% Angus meat come from cattle between 24 and 26 months old, born in the cattle belt of the Ninth Region of Southern Chile. These animals are carefully selected and then fed only grains for 90 days. These cuts are considered to be of the highest quality in our country, recognized for their juiciness, tenderness, and texture.
